Day 3 of Reset – You’re Halfway There!

Congratulations, you're halfway there! 

Make sure to keep journaling. Note down any physical changes that you are starting to feel. What successes or challenges have you encountered? 

Remember to add extra food if you feel hungry or light headed at any time. Consider adding ½ an avocado or 1 tbsp. olive oil with seasoning to your "veggies". You can also now add flax seed or 1 tbsp. nut butter to your "shake" (just make sure the nut butter is 100% nuts - no added sugar or oils)

Keep drinking your water and keep your exercise to light or moderate. Walking is an excellent choice for staying active during the 5 day Reset.

Try out some of the different shake recipes in the guidebook or make a new recipe of your own. Make sure to post it to this Facebook group to share with others.​
