Did you over indulge just a little over the summer months? Get into bad habits? Could your eating need a reset?

The 28 day program is a way to kick your sugar, comfort food cravings and all, to the curb.  Jumpstart your healthy habits fast by starting with the 5 day reset followed by 23 days of transformation.

It’s easy with USANA's delicious & super-satisfying Nutrimeal shakes. For the first 5 days, replace your meals with shakes and add healthy whole food snacks 2-3 times a day. Then once this Reset is completed, move to the transformation stage of 23 days of two shakes per day (it takes 21 days for your gut to turn over) along with 2 recommended snacks and one low-glycemic (food that doesn't spike your blood sugar) meal.  Don't worry; we'll be posting lots of ideas for snacks and meals.            

As well, support your body nutritionally through the 28 days with USANA's Cellsentials. Your support group leader will provide you with a Guidebook that includes a list of healthy snacks to stock up on before you start the 28 day program. As well there is a food guide with recommended meals to choose.  Look for daily advice and feedback through our Facebook Group.

During the first 5 days just moderate exercise is recommended. Once you begin the transformation stage, we encourage you to stay active, choosing activities you enjoy. Take time for yourself through these 28 days, especially make sure to get a full night's sleep and drink lots of water.

Check-in:

  1. Read over the 'Be Healthy' guidebook. If you haven't received one yet, contact the person who invited you to this group.
  2. Make sure you've ordered all the products you'll need for the next 28 days.  
  3. Check in on the Facebook group daily for encouragement & support, especially once you begin the 28 days.
  4. If you haven't yet completed the True Health Assessment, contact your support group leader or post a note below.
