Day 2 of the Reset

Congratulations on making it through Day 1 of the Reset! You are well on your way. 

Make sure that your morning shake is within 1 hour of rising. Eating, first thing in the morning, is an important key of resetting your body's sugar balance. Don't forget to eat every 2 to 3 hours throughout the rest of the day.

Don't forget to keep taking your supplements twice a day!

A small percentage of women will have a mild to moderate headache on Day 2 and/or Day 3 of the Reset. This can be a normal reaction to the "detox" that is happening to your body.   It can also be a sign that you may not be getting enough calories or drinking sufficient water. We recommend that you drink a large glass of water first thing in the morning to rehydrate your body that has become dehydrated through the night. Make sure that you are drinking the full 6 - 8 glasses of "purified" water throughout the rest of the day. Also remember, it is very important that you not go hungry during the Reset. Have an extra snack, or add hummus or a few nuts if you are hungry at any time.​
