Reset Day 5 – You’re Almost There!

12859970_s copyCongratulations!  You've almost completed the full 5-day Reset. 

Starting tomorrow, use the food guideline as outlined in the Be Healthy 28-Day Guidebook. Make sure to refrain from potatoes, rice, corn, pasta, breads and cereals for the next 4 weeks.  By doing so, you'll stabilize your blood sugar and reinforce the healthy changes you've experienced over the last 5 days.

Make sure to keep having your "Nutrimeal" shake for breakfast every morning and at either lunch or supper. Starting your day with a shake guarantees that you begin with a balanced meal that is low glycemic. Follow the guidelines in your guidebook for a low-glycemic meal at lunch or supper. We will also be posting healthy recipe ideas on this Facebook page. 

Keep eating at least every 3 to 4 hours. If you are hungry in the evening, add more calories to your diet earlier in the day.  Keep drinking your 6 - 8 large glasses of water every day. Avoid eating after 8:00 PM in the evening and aim to keep your evening meal lighter than your lunch.

Don't forget to take your supplements twice daily as recommended on the bottle. Feeding your cells all the nutrition they need is key to both great health and effective weight loss.  

Once you are finished the Reset, you can work on slowly increasing your activity level. Staying active is an essential component of any healthy weight loss program. Look for more information on this in tomorrow's email.

Remember, you don't have to do it "perfectly". The goal of this program is to help you develop lifestyle changes that are life long.
