The next few weeks and even months is a time to put yourself first and become empowered to make lifestyle changes that will greatly improve your energy and well being and help you maintain a healthy weight.   
Every day, throughout the program, there will a daily post to inspire, educate and motivate you. 

 

There are 3 parts to these posts: 

  1. An inspirational quote or touch of humour to inspire and encourage you.
  2. An educational moment to help you understand the 'how' and 'why' of getting healthier.
  3. Check-In: This is where we remind you to put into action all that you are learning.

Check-In:

  1. Make sure to check back regularly on this Facebook page to get further help and encouragement through the program.
  2. If you haven't yet completed USANA's True Health Assessment, make sure to take advantage of this excellent health evaluation by contacting the USANA associate who invited you to this program.
  3. As well, If you haven't ordered your USANA products yet, make sure to do this ASAP.  Contact your USANA associate for more information.
  4. Last, but most importantly, get ready for a health changing and fun-filled 28 days.
