Day 4 of 5 to Reset Your Health

Welcome to Day 4 of the Reset!

Today's a good day to review why you are doing the 5 day Reset. One of the biggest obstacles to maintaining a healthy weight, is the sugar imbalance and subsequent food cravings that women struggle with. This is what is often referred to as the "Glycemic" roller coaster.  

The best way off this roller coaster is to eat a strictly low-glycemic diet for 5 days. Using the shakes as replacements for your meals makes this so much easier to eat consistently low glycemic meals.  

Keep doing what you're doing; drink your water, take your supplements and write down your experience in your journal.
