Coconut water is a great source of electrolytes and especially beneficial before or after a 'strong' workout. For ease of preparation, you can substitute 2 to 3 scoops of the USANA Vanilla Nutrimeal or Nutrimeal free powder in place of the tofu.
3 scoops Wild Strawberry Nutrimeal1 C unsweetened cranberry juice or pomegranate juice1 C ice½ banana1 tsp cinnamonFresh berries if you like
3 scoops Wild Strawberry Nutrimeal ½ C frozen raspberries or other frozen berries 1 C water or almond milk 1 C ice
3 scoops French Vanilla Nutrimeal ½ C frozen mixed berries 1 C water or almond milk 1 C ice
3 scoops Dutch Chocolate Nutrimeal™ ½ banana 1 C water or almond milk 1 C ice Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until the mixture is smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
